A property often needs several small repairs rather than one large project. We can attend to a particular problem or work through an agreed list of repairs in communal areas or within individual properties.
This includes doors and their hardware, carpentry, damaged surfaces and fittings, patch repairs and making good after other work. Where decoration or flooring is also needed, it can be discussed as part of the scope.
