Property maintenance services
From replacing a kitchen or bathroom to preparing a vacant property for its next tenancy.
We fit kitchens and bathrooms and carry out larger refurbishment work involving plumbing, electrical work, flooring and decoration. You can also ask us to work through an agreed repair list when a property becomes vacant.
For landlords and letting agents, this brings the different trades and finishing work into one discussion. We start with the property, the improvements required and the practical arrangements, then agree how to take the work forward.
Arranging the work
Tell us the site location, the work or fault, and any timing or access arrangements. Photos or a list of works can help us understand what is involved.
We’ll discuss the approach, whether a visit is needed, the price and a suitable time for the work. We also consider access and the effect on residents in occupied buildings.
Based in Romford, we work across Essex, Kent and East London.
