Electrical work
Repairs to sockets, switches, lighting and other electrical equipment for flats and communal areas in Romford, Essex, Kent and East London.
We repair electrical faults within individual flats and shared areas of residential buildings. Tell us what is happening and which parts of the property or installation are affected.
The work can range from a damaged fitting to a wider fault affecting lighting or shared building services. We discuss any investigation and replacement work needed.
Arranging the work
Tell us the site location, the work or fault, and any timing or access arrangements. Photos or a list of works can help us understand what is involved.
We’ll discuss the approach, whether a visit is needed, the price and a suitable time for the work. We also consider access and the effect on residents in occupied buildings.
Based in Romford, we work across Essex, Kent and East London.
