Electrical work
Installation of smart thermostats and heating controls for properties in Romford and across Essex, Kent and East London.
We install heating controls and smart thermostats within individual properties. The approach depends on the heating system and the controls already in place.
Tell us about the property, the current heating controls and what you would like to change. We can discuss the equipment, installation and any access arrangements needed.
Arranging the work
Tell us the site location, the work or fault, and any timing or access arrangements. Photos or a list of works can help us understand what is involved.
We’ll discuss the approach, whether a visit is needed, the price and a suitable time for the work. We also consider access and the effect on residents in occupied buildings.
Based in Romford, we work across Essex, Kent and East London.
