I first met Andy last year when he attended our site to assist with an issue with the fire alarm system. Since then, Andy has been involved with countless aspects of our site. He is tireless in his efforts and will always go the extra mile to ensure something is done properly and correctly, and will turn his hand to any job asked of him. Andy has been involved in routine electrical works throughout the development, including emergency light testing, maintaining the door entry systems and dealing with the countless issues with our car park gate, but has also been able to assist with other aspects too, including fixing and maintaining ground water sump pumps and adjusting and replacing locks on external doors. I personally couldn't possibly fault Andy or his work. He is an extremely friendly and personable soul who takes pride in his work, and I am extremely grateful for all his efforts across our site.

What a great find these guys are. From initial enquiry, placing order for our Hive controller. Communication was first class throughout the whole process. Fitted within 2 days, explained all the controls for the system. Clean, tidy and generally nice guys. Good price as well. Recommended A++++++

I can genuinely and fully recommend Complete Maintenance Essex. The job for me was to replace my central heating controls with a Tado kit. Unfortunately due to faults with the tado receiver and again with a replacement this took them longer than expected to resolve. I praise Andy & Co's complete dedication to resolve this issue and they went above & beyond to do so. I would have no hessitation in using Complete Maintenance again in the future.

Andy & Dan provided a great service right from the quick reply to my initial enquiry, getting us booked for the installation of 2 Google Nests. Andy & Dan turned up on time and were very clean & efficient installing the Nest Thermostats & even helped in the set up process. Could not recommend highly enough
